The Supreme Court will hear a defamation case against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi filed by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Rahul had earlier refused to apologise for his remarks "RSS killed Mahatma Gandhi" and was ready to face trial in the case.
